First-class rice flour

Rice flour is a gluten-free, unrefined flour that is specifically milled from long-grain rice varieties. It can be used as an ingredient in many gluten-free formulations that use traditional wheat flour.

White rice flour is used universally throughout Asia, China and Japan, where 90% of the world’s rice is grown and consumed, but was not introduced to the Western world until the 1980s. As gluten-free products became more popular, the consumption of both bulk white rice flour and brown rice flour also increased.
Rice is an easily digestible food and is rich in protein, which also helps to fill you up. It is also gluten-free, making it suitable for people with celiac disease and those on gluten-free diets.
